The boys and I went to the Annual Tuckerton Decoy Show this weekend.  If you are a waterfowl hunter and in the mid Atlantic region this is the show for you.  It’s a two day outdoor all things waterfowl event.

The boys got to walk around and shop and look so proud of themselves.  Seems like they always get an interesting look from the Lab type doggies.

Our little Otto went to visit our groomer Leslie for his first hand stripping of his puppy coat today.

He actually behaved well and took it like a little man.  What beautiful coat and furnishings he was hiding under all that puppy hair.

The early morning temps here in NJ are finally agreeable to some field work for more than just a few minutes.

It just goes to show that our more tender moments can sometimes be rewarded. Fritz made his first appearance of 2009 in print this week.

After just having to ‘shake – shake – shake that water off’ he exposed himself to what some would believe an unflattering photo.
